ERP, API and System Integrations

ERP and API integration connects your company's systems so data flows on its own, without manual entry. It is for businesses running several isolated tools, such as an ERP, CRM, online store and payment provider.

When your tools do not talk to each other, your team pays the price

You have an ERP for finance and inventory, a CRM for sales, an online store, a payment provider and a carrier. Each one works fine on its own, but nobody told them they belong to the same company. The result shows up every day: someone copies an order from the store into the ERP, another person checks stock in a spreadsheet, the sales team works with outdated contacts and finance reconciles payments by hand.

This rework costs time, creates typing mistakes and keeps your information one step behind reality. When the data is out of date, so is the decision. That is exactly the problem system integration solves.

This service is for you, the owner or manager, if you have several isolated tools and feel the effects: mismatched data, repetitive manual entry and communication gaps between departments. It might be an online store that needs to talk to the ERP, a CRM that does not receive data from your website, or an operation that still issues invoices and calculates shipping by hand.

What we deliver

We handle the connection between your systems from end to end, from designing the data flow to following up once everything is live. The service includes:

  • ERP integration with e-commerce platforms, internal systems and CRMs, syncing products, inventory, orders and invoices.
  • CRM connections, so contacts, opportunities and relationship history live in one place and stay current.
  • Payment provider integration and financial reconciliation, so an approved payment becomes a confirmed order without anyone checking it manually.
  • NF-e issuing gateways, so the invoice is generated from the order, with no retyping.
  • Carrier integration and shipping calculation, with quotes and labels inside the sales flow.
  • Development and consumption of secure RESTful APIs, with monitoring and error handling.
  • Real-time webhooks, so a change in one system reaches the others as soon as it happens.

How we work

Every integration has its own particulars, so we follow a four-step path, always in conversation with you.

  1. Map systems and data flows. We learn which systems you use, where each piece of information comes from and where it needs to go. At this stage we also check the API available in each system, because it defines what can be connected and how.
  2. Define rules and error handling. We agree on what happens in each situation: which system is the source of truth for each piece of data, how to treat a product with no record, a declined payment or a system that is down. Thinking about failures before writing code avoids surprises later.
  3. Build the integration with monitoring and webhooks. We build the connection using secure RESTful APIs and webhooks for real-time updates. We include logging and monitoring of what travels between systems, so any problem is noticed and handled.
  4. Follow up and evolve. Once the integration is running, we watch how it performs and adjust whatever is needed. If your business changes, we add new systems and new flows to the ecosystem.

What we connect

We work with the systems most commonly used by Brazilian companies. One honest note: each integration is evaluated based on the API available in the system. If yours is not on the list below, we talk it through and analyze the case before promising anything.

  • ERPs: Bling and Tiny ERP.
  • CRMs: HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign.
  • Payment providers: Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe and Pagar.me.
  • Shipping and carriers: Melhor Envio, Correios, Frenet and other carriers.
  • Invoicing: NF-e issuing gateways.

Why work with Mapa de Ideias

  • Secure RESTful APIs, with monitoring and error handling. Our backend and API work uses PHP, Laravel, Node.js and Python, with security best practices and LGPD compliance. When something fails, the error is handled and logged, not hidden.
  • Real time through webhooks. Instead of waiting for a routine to run every so often, systems notify each other when something changes. A paid order, a stock update and an issued invoice reach where they need to go.
  • A focus on eliminating rework. The goal of every project is simple: take repetitive typing off your team and unify your business data, so people can focus on work that truly needs people.

Our team is based in Catalão, in the state of Goiás, Brazil, and serves companies across the country and abroad with online meetings and dedicated support.

Next step

If your company loses time copying data from one system to another, it is worth a conversation. You can request a proposal or book a free 30-minute online meeting with our team, where you walk us through the systems you use and we work out what can be connected. Every project is quoted to fit, based on the scope and complexity of the integration, and we explain everything clearly before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

We work with Bling and Tiny ERP. Each integration is evaluated based on the API available in the system, and that assessment is done during the diagnosis. If your ERP is not on the list, tell us and we will look at the case.

Yes, when the system offers the necessary features. We use webhooks so a change in one system reaches the others as soon as it happens, such as a sale that reduces stock in the ERP and updates the online store. The details depend on each system's API.

We build integrations with monitoring and error handling. Before writing code, we agree with you on what to do in each failure, such as a system being down or invalid data. That way the problem is logged and handled instead of going unnoticed.

It depends on the scope: which systems are involved, how many data flows and how complex the APIs are. That is why each project is quoted to fit, after we understand your operation. Request a proposal or book a free 30-minute meeting.

Usually not. The idea is to connect the systems you already use and build on what works. Feasibility depends on your ERP's API, which we assess during the diagnosis, and we only discuss changing systems if the analysis shows it is necessary.
